About Fernwood Fitness
Our purpose is simple - we exist to empower women to shine. The first Fernwood Women's Health Club was established in central Victoria in 1989 when Diana Williams recognised a need for women to have their own special space – a comfortable sanctuary to workout and enjoy regular exercise.
